Come meet Mike Jaques the new Executive Chef at our fabulous Tarra restaurant in Queenscliff. Mike talks about his deep love of food, family, place and the joy found in foraging the freshest ingredients right in our local landscape.

Mike and the family returned home from England to take Tarra into a new era with expansions now on both sides of the bay. Tarra is a really special place to visit for an artistic culinary experience and to take in our glorious views.

This is the third vignette from the Out To Sea series, where we explore the incredible people and stories that make this little town so great.
